2023 Spring Internship: Performance Marketing, Paid Social

We're looking for an amazing intern to join our rapidly growing Performance Marketing team who can help us execute customer acquisition campaigns. As Performance Marketing Intern (Paid Social), you will have the opportunity to help scale Grove's acquisition marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Our ideal candidate can spot trends in the making, have a natural curiosity to learn and pick up skills in a very short time, and is extremely detail-oriented. This internship will last roughly 8-10 weeks.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • You will assist the Paid Social team in setup, execution, and optimization of acquisition campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • You will research competitive media trends and analyze data to help the team identify new areas of opportunity for testing.
  • You will develop a test roadmap for creative, audience, and placements (including copywriting) that will align to the team’s goals.
  • You will work collaboratively with our Influencer Marketing team to ensure that influencer generated content leaves a clear and positive impression of what Grove does. Occasional editing is required.
  • This is a part time paid internship paying $20 - $25 per hour.

About You

  • You are currently enrolled in college and are comfortable working on a high-performing team. Prior work experience on a marketing team is a plus!
  • You love and understand social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and Facebook.
  • You have a creative eye and have been known to post some of your own thumb-stopping content.
  • You are curious, analytic and data-driven. You are ready to test new experiments to improve campaign performance but will always try to look at the data before deciding what to test next.
  • You are comfortable collaborating closely with team members at all levels and being accountable for high-priority projects.
  • Experience with paid social or influencer marketing a plus but not required.
