What You’ll Do
The Associate Manager, Global Collaborations and Partnerships is responsible for working with collaboration partners on products and provide research expertise on trends, culture, and fashion. You’ll be responsible for brand collaborations, which includes but is not limited to working with Brand and Marketing leaders on prospecting fashion, celebrity, influencer, artist, retail, and other collaboration partners You’ll liaise regularly with internal and external partners to support collaboration and partnership goals.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Grow Authentic's partner database through continuous research of potential partners and generate interest to drive collaborations, through outreach
- Manage licensing deals with Collaboration partners and ensure systems are updated
- Keep the team apprised of trends in fashion and culture
- Understand each brand's value proposition in the Authentic portfolio and prepare compelling presentations to prospects
- Work cross functionally with the appropriate teams to compile and ensure timely completion of Post Collaboration briefs beginning with Ideation to Activation – status calls, weekly sales, press recaps, and monthly reports, spreadsheets
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and communicate relevant updates related to current partnership conversations and upcoming partner activations.
- Assist the Global Partnerships department in deepening our relationships with existing collaboration partners
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in fashion, consumer products, creative agency, marketing, retail, or related field
- Resourceful team player with high energy and a passion for product, entertainment, trends, fashion, culture, and marketing
- An analytical mind; able to provide insightful conclusions and recommendations based on trend data and market research
- Excellent planning and project management competencies
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Manage and navigate through complex processes
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Can prioritize effectively
- Results oriented with a high degree of resilience and perseverance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement

- Establish and maintain communication within the Global Partnerships team to be aligned with partner contractual obligations.
- Adept at client and account management and fulfilling projects on time
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player who is proactive and driven, and works well on a team or independently Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision
- Perform other tasks and projects as required
- Passionate and motivated with a positive attitude, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to establish effective and cooperative inter-departmental relations as well as relations with partners and vendors
Primary Location Salary Range:
$70,000 - $80,000
