Boveda Inc. is seeking a full-time Copywriter to join our team. As a member of the Creative Services team in Strategic Marketing, you will create clear, compelling copy for all of Boveda’s communication touch points, such as emails, blogs, landing pages, product descriptions and listings, and more across multiple verticals and within several platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistency of brand voice throughout all of our communication touchpoints.
- Write clear, compelling copy for various content types and channels, including video scripts, compelling quizzes, short-form posts, blog posts, and other forms of shareable content across the entire buyer journey to different personas and verticals.
- Lead tasks where copywriting is at the core (e.g. email, customer program materials, case studies); be a creative contributor who is willing to provide ideas as well as write copy.
- Write copy for landing pages, sales slicks and brochures; develop email sequences to fit CRM plans; wordsmith illustrations.
- Write and update compelling product descriptions.
- Own communication of written content strategies and timelines.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative copywriting role.
- Experience in digital advertising environments and social media; ability to adapt writing to different formats such as web, mobile, email, blog posts, FAQ articles, print, point of sale, and packaging.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Comfortable in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define goals, strategies, and key messages.
- Strong results orientation in dynamic, high-growth environments with a proven track record of delivering on high-priority projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies.
- Demonstrated consistency in delivering on the values of humility, doing the right thing, and never giving up.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and make things happen in an often ambiguous environment, with a willingness to work outside your role.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Team player and active listener.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, positive, and personable with an eagerness to grow and learn.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable writing in cannabis, cigar, music, and food verticals.
- Experience in Wordpress, Hubspot, Wrike, Shopify, and Salsify a plus.
- Cannabis and restricted industry copywriting experience a plus.
