We love helping businesses, and we're looking for an experienced senior marketer with expertise in demand generation, multi-channel marketing and ability to scale marketing programs.
The Senior Marketing Manager will plan, launch, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase top of the funnel and drive conversions to grow bookings. We're looking for an experienced marketer with a solid understanding of business operations, strong communications skills, and a passion for digital marketing and data analysis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will build and execute demand generation programs, working with a team of marketing specialists and agencies in various disciplines to make Webgility the #1 automation and intelligence software for ecommerce.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in B2B SaaS and proven results in a data-driven environment. You must have experience driving successful campaigns to small businesses. You will also have a comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques and KPIs. You will lead the execution of marketing plans to support growth in Webgility’s core business products, including SEO/PPC, online and offline advertising, events, influencer campaigns, and more.
You will collaborate closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ideate, develop and launch creative demand-generation campaigns. You must be scrappy and committed to making a difference, doing the right thing, and driving extraordinary results. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to write content, send an email campaign or speak to customers.
What you will be doing:
- Execute the strategic growth plan to meet quarterly goals and business objectives
- Establish new and improve existing channels to increase MQLs
- Continuously iterate and test campaigns to uncover opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute creative, measurable marketing programs that drive leads
- Manage digital marketing programs, including webinars, email marketing, PPL, PPC, search, and retargeting
- Collaborate with product and sales team to fine-tune campaigns and provide market feedback
- Perform regular assessments of website performance and work with the design team to implement A/B testing, personalized and targeted experiences, and other website improvements
- Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, FullStory, Ahrefs, and whatever else it takes to execute and track the success of programs
- Establish KPIs for all programs, develop forecasts, and track performance to ensure we're delivering expected outcomes
Desired Skills and Experience
- You have 5+ years in B2B SaaS, with expertise in demand generation and an ability to lead programs across multiple marketing functions
- Experience working in start-up environments -- you must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and have shown yourself to be adaptive and flexible
- Have a proven track record of developing comprehensive, out-of-the-box campaigns that have opened new channels and opportunities in a B2B environment
- Experience working closely with sales leadership – you must have an understanding of the connection between demand generation and revenue growth in a recurring revenue business
- Be data-driven and possess exceptional analytical skills, i.e., the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights
- Hands-on marketing experience -- you must be willing to jump in and get your hands dirty
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Experience in accounting or ecommerce is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience leading as a marketing manager
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
