We are in search for an Art Director (multidisciplinary creative) who's strengths lie in video, photo (studio and some lifestyle), and content creation.

We are a fast(ish) growing start-up who's currently a team of 5 and will be doubling our team throughout the year.

10. Already is passionate about boba, fitness, anime, and Asian culture that you can draw inspiration from, or at least can prove that you're capable of being able to quickly dive into and fully understand a certain creative direction that I or we are going for.
11. Knows the ins and outs of relevant equipment and can advise on the "best" version or the "budget" version of a piece of equipment to produce the piece of desired content.

Would be a great bonus if...

1. You are fluent in a second language (currently looking for Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin).

In general, this person is highly-motivated to join our team/mission and can see themselves THRIVING in this role for years to come. They should also be naturally very organized, and love making sure things happen on time and efficiently. This person should rarely need to be "managed" as they take ownership of their work.

What you will be doing:

1. Work alongside Neil (the owner) and Dena (the Art Director) to create, ideate, and strategize content for our TikTok and YouTube channel.
2. Assist with some of Instagram work would be of great help at this stage.
3. Advising me on and mocking up any design decisions / considerations to help keep everything, including things not necessarily related to content, on-brand.

1. Have a willingness to travel, including out of the country.
2. Executing campaigns with efficiency and in a timely manner.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements

No hard requirements - prove to us you got what we want and you will be in serious consideration for hire.

Although there are no hard requirements, having at least 6-12 months of experience will be a major bonus.

Really understanding / having an obsession (or having a period of obsession in the past) with videography, boba, the fitness industry, and social media are paramount.

Below is some of the experience we may be looking for:

• A track record of creating engaging content mainly across YoutTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook for other brands or a personal brand.
• Experience with coordinating with others to make sure all content gets published on time across all channels.
• Experience with aggregating data on social channels into an official report.
