Work Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights and weekends

Primary Job Function: To create brand development through social media by identifying target customers, setting clear objectives, creating effective and cohesive content, and managing Evolution Mechanical's online presence by engaging clients through social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage social media content
  • Encage the audience with prompt responses and cultivate relationships
  • Monitor social media trends, including industry trends, and strategize on the best way to engage the audience
  • Supervise creative team
  • Track social media campaigns' key performance indicators to ensure maximum results and report to management

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media/public relations
  • Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and train members of the team
