Overview

The Capability Training Center provide PBNA personnel, primarily ~60,000+ frontline employees, throughout the US and Canada with a sustainable media-based training and communications resource library. The team identifies and closes capability gaps by developing new training, communicaition and change mgmt materials and deploy to the field. The video production editor will be a critical part of creating media content that builds and maintains capability within the PBNA organization. The additional content creation capacity generated will ensure the capability team can keep pace with the growing need for frontline training creation across PBNA Supply Chain, Go-To-Market, and PGT functions.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the production of media content from project scoping, filming and boom operation, managing voice-overs, through delivering the final edited product
  • Training material mapping includes film, still shots, graphics, slide lists, and narration script preparation
  • Demonstrate profressionalism during all interactions with internal employees and external experts
  • Establish and align training material creation format with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) resources in order to obtain objectives through predetermined standardized development guidelines.
  • Provide media input as prerecorded resources for use during live training sessions Ensure media content delivery meets customer timelines and requirements

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected Compensation range for this position is between $60,900 - $101,900
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 year's experience in material management such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce a final video package
  • Proficient with video editing software such Final Cut Pro, Adobe premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition
  • Experience operating a variety of technical video equipment including single and multiple portable cameras
  • Experience with studio and remote location lighting
  • Experience with drone operation
  • Previous media production experience
  • Post Production Certified editor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer drive and focus; prior customer service or related experience in the film industry
  • Ability to interface professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Eye for creating visually appealing shots
