Our Marketing team has flexibility on location, for most of our openings, you can live within driving distance to one of our hubs: Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA, Sunnyvale, CA or Los Angeles, CA. We're moving toward 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.

About The Role

We're looking for a Manager of Walmart Creator, who will focus managing our care operations and support. You will help develop our Walmart Creator program - leading the development of our creator care processes ensuring support and education is provided driving a high satisfaction rate. You will manage day-to-day support with creators, develop educational content, create alignment across teams, and find improvements.

You will be an integral part of the Walmart Creator business team and collaborate very closely with many cross-functional areas such as Product, Customer care, and Legal.

You'll make an Impact by

  • Build our support operations strategy with our product and customer care teams at Walmart driving a high satisfaction rate among our creators
  • Closely partner with our customer care team collecting feedback, measuring tickets, and support volume
  • Create and manage educational content and help documentation ensuring creators have the resources they need to be successful in the program
  • Communicate with creators on escalations relating to account management in partnership with our care team, while iterating on this process
  • Document Walmart Creator care communications and training materials to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams driving a consistent brand voice across our creator community
  • Partner with our Walmart Creator growth team on acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Measure and iterate on creator care satisfaction, feedback, and learnings
  • Communicate learnings and feedback to leadership, product, and other cross-functional teams driving program enhancements

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a related area (e.g. Marketing Operations, Customer Relations, Affiliate Marketing) *Within Influencer Marketing a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written- your equally comfortable leading internal initiatives with cross-functional teams or speaking to a customer
  • You thrive on providing a great experience to customers and your partners

The annual salary range for this position is $78,750.00-$131,250.00

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  • Stock equity incentives
