BASIC PURPOSE/SCOPE:

We are looking for a passionate brand builder and business leader to continue the momentum of the Bimbo Brand. This is an exciting time to join our team, a highly innovative brand with a rich heritage, as we evolve the brand to meet the ever-changing needs of our consumers and customers to unlock sources of growth.

The purpose of this position is to support all the activities entitled on managing the Bimbo brand product portfolio, communication and promotional efforts, cross communication with the sales team and key vendors, & support the achievement of the brand’s objectives.

Essential Duties And Tasks

  • Conduct data analysis of business results and recommend appropriate course of action. Monitor KPIs and provide in depth analysis by product line, SKU, sales region and financial impact to determine opportunities for growth, in line with portfolio role. Provide relevant reports, gather key competitive intelligence, distill key learnings, develop recommendations, and report findings to team.
  • Track and monitor the brand’s KPI’s such as sales, returns, household penetration, market share, social and digital performance & competitors’ performance.
  • Manage and update the brand’s website,
  • Develop and monitor our Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Google Analytics.
  • Support and manage Integrated Digital Marketing efforts from curating and overseeing the brand’s content development, consumer digital engagement, consumer conversion, and influencer campaigns.
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and on-budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to marketing team and leadership.
  • Support and manage the e-commerce strategy, develop and monitor each site efficiency.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of key consumer events.
  • Collaborate and oversee the implementation of shopper marketing programs.
  • Assist the sales team and other cross functional departments
  • Actively participate and manage innovation projects with Mexico and other partners within Grupo Bimbo Network

Position Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field. A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • MS or MBA preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Support the Brand Manager across daily brand activities.
  • Support team in annual planning process and inter agency teams.
  • Ability to manage and work individually and across a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals including brand marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, finance and external agencies
  • Ability to analyze data, tell a story and present a recommendation using data.
  • Driven by curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Experience with syndicated data preferred
  • This position best requires the incumbent to be bilingual (speak and write Spanish and English) with good understanding and willingness to learn Hispanic Consumers traditions and values.
  • Attention to Detail and aesthetic sensibility
  • The ability to develop and complete a series of goals and tactics with minimal supervision.
  • Must feel comfortable with public speaking and capable to create and develop presentations.
