About The Team

Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

What you will do

• Educate creators on platform and establish growth in order to increase activation of partnership program for Lemon8
• In-depth knowledge of the digital creator space with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with creators
• Conduct market research and analyze user insights to help the global team understand the market and identify creators who are aligned with the product goals
• Product expert and partner to creators to ensure best practices, effective communication, and creator deliverables meet expectations
• Understand creators' goals, analyze creators' content & performance, and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in the fashion industry, social media, start-up environment or tech company
• Expert in digital creator space with deep knowledge and first-hand experience leveraging tools + data that help identify and activate creators
• Existing media relationships: experience working with creators, entertainment, tech, and business/marketing media
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and has worked with global teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of social media; aware of the latest trends on social media; be able to design an innovative marketing campaign
• Passion for the creator economy

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $58500 - $130888 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
