TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions (TCMS) is responsible for the TikTok Creator Marketplace as well as the products, programs, and services that enrich creator marketing on TikTok, such as our Creator Marketing Partners, Managed Service Providers, and our suite of branded content tools. Within TCMS, the Agency Success team is essential in enabling market leading service providers to leverage the marketplace and other TCMS solutions effectively across their creator activations.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Agency Success to help build out this new function for TCMS in North America. This role will execute a vision to empower the Creator Marketing ecosystem as a whole; making it faster, easier, and more efficient for agencies to provide quality, creator-led content to their clients. You will lead a team to drive product adoption, build enablement programs, and help leading agencies grow their businesses on TikTok.
Successful candidates will bring passion for TikTok, short-form video content, the creator economy, delivering results for partners, and will be excited to lead from the front with our team: creating decks, conferring with senior leadership, understanding core areas of opportunity, and helping agencies build healthy businesses with TikTok.
Responsibilities - What You'll Do
- Design and implement a sustainable Agency framework for TTCM that benefits Agencies, Advertisers, Creators, and TCMS Solutions.
- Take responsibility for partner expansion by onboarding agencies onto the platform, providing cutting-edge enablement, and executing through our TTCM Agency Program.
- Establish vetting criteria and a process that directly connects premier agencies with top TikTok clients on innovative activations; with a high confidence in the quality of service they provide.
- Collaborate with XFNs to establish roles and responsibilities to maximize the attractiveness of and participation in our program.
- Analyze product adoption data and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the product team to inform the product roadmap.
- Be an expert on the functionality and value proposition of the TikTok Creator Marketplace and act as a trusted advisor to agencies across a variety of verticals and segments.
- Conduct internal and client-facing workshops, advising on best practices, and driving adoption of new products and features.
- Manage a team of high performers to effectively execute TCMS strategies with the right partners.

Qualifications

Qualifications - Who We're Looking For
- 9-12+ years of experience in results-oriented, client-facing role at Media Publishing Companies or at a Social Media Platform
- At least 5+ years of management experience of a team of 4 or more, preferable
- Demonstrated excellence in Account Management, Forecasting, and achieving aggressive goals
- Expert in influencer marketing with deep knowledge and first-hand experience leveraging industry-leading tools that help identify and activate creator-led campaigns.
- Ability to frame business problems, design and execute analyses to inform solutions, and communicate insights with a bias towards action
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, high EQ and empathy for clients who may be new to the discipline of creator marketing.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96800 - $190280 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
