About The Role

We are looking for a Creative Director to join a close-knit team of makers working together to create fresh, bold, distinctive, and breakthrough social content. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work in close collaboration with the strategic and creative teams of Ogilvy, as well as with some of the best marketing experts in the industry. You are ambitious and hungry, ready to take on a huge challenge. You have the ability to work on a broad range of creative tactics. You are a new wave, multi-hyphenate creative; a dreamer, a doer, a maker.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and outside partners, identifying potential roadblocks and solutions
  • Provide direction, solutions, and guidance to ensure ideas are tied to strategy, pushing for award-winning and time-sensitive ideas internally as well as with the client
  • Manage the client relationship and lead creative presentations to the client
  • Establish a high standard of creative excellence across disruptive, big ideas that are social at heart
  • Stay on top of global cultural social trends in order to develop timely ideas
  • Be passionate about innovative thinking, and encourage others to generate fresh ideas
  • Ensure that creative ideas are executed in an exceptional way; be in touch with the big picture as well as the nitty gritty details
  • Be able to identify, attract, nurture and retain talent
  • Provide training opportunities to ensure team members’ development, and develop a team with professional ethics and effective performance

What You’ll Need

  • 10+years’ of relevant experience preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating scope of creative capabilities, with a focus on digital and social projects
  • Experience leading multi-channel work from ideation to execution
  • Expert knowledge of standard design software (Adobe suite, etc.)
  • Strategic, conceptual thinking and ability to translate that to achievable tactics and produced content
  • Incredible organization skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and drive results
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with demonstrated experience building strong and successful partnerships internally and externally
  • Adaptability; agility; able to handle and convey changes in briefs, priorities, and edits
  • Expert knowledge of creative, social and influencer trends

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
