What you will be doing:
The Bilingual Social Media Coordinator (English / Spanish) works with the Marketing and Communications team to ideate, manage and operationalize content for Crisis Text Line’s social media channels that reflects our organizational values and brand, helps reach people in crisis with our service, and builds community around our service. The Bilingual Social Media Coordinator also frequently interacts with followers and keeps up with social media metrics. Other duties include coordinating organic and paid efforts, staying up to date on the latest social media platforms updates and trends.

Community Management:
- Facilitate online conversations with our social community and respond to queries.
- Facilitate crisis communications and provide support to affected communities.
- Occasionally, this role may include after hours monitoring and engagement.
Content Management:
- Research audience preferences and discover current social trends.
- Assist in sourced and influencer content.
- Work with the marketing and communications team to plan a content calendar for each month with the cadence of seven posts/week that can be repurposed across all social channels. This includes roughly outlining the month based on creative direction and strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Prep assets and ideas for weekly social content for creative review weekly.
- Manage social media content calendar on ClickUp and Sprout Social.
Paid Media:
- Improve upon paid social media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary.
What you bring to the table:
- You must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience
- You possess technical skills of using Sprout Social, G-suite tools and Canva.
- You obtained basic knowledge of online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Intermediate knowledge of content production
- Advanced knowledge of social platforms and social metrics
- Knowledge of Advertising Manager for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- You identify diverse views and understand the importance of adding those views and perspectives to daily work and teams.
- You have a baseline knowledge of cultural awareness.
Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000
This range is provided by Crisis Text Line. Your actual pay will be based on your skills, experience, location, and applicable law (such as local minimum wage laws). We pay competitively in the tech-forward nonprofit space and offer a robust benefits package.
