Soul Machines, the leader in AI-powered hyper-realistic digital avatars, is seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to help us propel our brand forward in one of today's hottest tech spaces. The successful candidate thrives in startup environments and is a Swiss Army knife marketer with a broad range of skills who will lead our community/social, influencer, email, paid and product marketing. The successful candidate will have worked at brand-forward companies with youth culture sensibilities, preferably in media, gaming, Web3 or AI, have a passion for technology and entertainment—possessing exceptional written and verbal skills and a strong design sensibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of our content marketing including emails, social media, webinars, etc/ to drive maximum reach and engagement
  • Establish and manage the product marketing function within the organization
  • Launch and grow influencer marketing program leveraging Soul Machines digital influencers across key channels (e.g. Tiktok) as well as working with third party influencers
  • Collaborate with our agency partners as an extension of our team
  • Partner closely with our marketing and creative directors to support multiple initiatives and project manage activities to the point of launch
  • Track marketing performance aligned with company OKRs

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience across different facets of marketing including in particular, content marketing (social, email, etc.) and/or product marketing
  • Experience with brand-forward companies, ideally in media, gaming, Web3 and/or related AI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level of maturity with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Highly strategic and able to prioritize projects and resources for maximum return
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments a plus
  • Experience with Hubspot, familiarity with Wordpress and Salesforce a plus
  • Experienced collaborator who can work with different levels across the organization from peers to senior management and agency partners
