Who You Are
You are an experienced Paid Media Manager looking to join a global team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in helping develop and execute paid media campaigns. As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for working across internal and external teams for paid media operations while managing Paid Media channels and performance reporting. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Professional Services.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Manage the day-to-day of Paid Media operations and work closely with Tagger's internal team and client's marketing teams on their paid media strategy and execution
- Lead execution and measurement of paid media campaigns that drives awareness, engagement, affinity and audience growth
- Report paid media performance on a weekly/monthly basis
- Set up and analyze analytics and conversion tracking while using data to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ad performance and execute A/B tests to determine the most effective ads.
- Manage client's media assets and help craft briefs for internal and external teams based on client's needs and challenges
- 80|20 split of client and internal paid media management
- Identify new and emerging influencer marketing trends
- Manage and improve campaigns across multiple platforms by using data and creativity to drive performance and ROI for Tagger and clients alike.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
- Proven paid media experience at an agency, media or technology solution company
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and project management skills
- Time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects while effectively managing changing priorities
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Deep understanding of the major ad platforms and their associated tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Ability to plan, execute and optimize successful campaigns for different platforms and mediums (display ads, search ads, video ads, etc.), and familiarity with targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad formats for each platform.
- Familiarly with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Passion for digital/influencer marketing and problem solving
Compensation Range
- 90,000-115,000
