We are looking for skilled social media creators to produce content for our brand's TikTok, Instagram Reels and / or YouTube channels. The ideal candidate is an avid social media user who understands the trends and best practices of those platforms. The product is an online, chat-based tutoring solution built on Discord for high school and college students.

This role will require you to drive growth for this product across school campuses by creating 3-5 videos per week and posting them to your own social media channels and / or the company channels. We've designed this role to be a flexible part-time contract position estimated around 5-10 hours per week, with ability to set your own availability and work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Generate 3-5 short-form videos per week for TikTok / Youtube / Instagram
  • Develop creative content ideas that align with our brand's message and target audience
  • Film, edit, and produce all video content, including appealing visuals and effects
  • Iterate on videos based on viewership, growth, and engagement to measure the success of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to platforms and optimize content accordingly
  • Flexibility to changing needs, and ability to collaborate with co-workers for any issues that may arise
  • Serve as an ambassador for Juni Learning, promote our values and mission, and serve as a role model for high school and college students of all backgrounds and ages
  • Must be comfortable being featured in videos, and posting videos to your own personal creator accounts alongside company account as needed

Qualifications

  • Success creating viral social media content, especially on TikTok and/or YouTube. Can be for your personal accounts or other brands
  • Proficiency with video editing software
  • Knowledge of trends on TikTok and YouTube, and how content goes viral on these platforms.
  • Creativity to produce engaging video ideas and content on a consistent schedule.
  • Track record of growing a social media following and building a loyal audience
  • Professionalism and ability to meet fast deadlines
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to take feedback well
  • Strong communication skills and availability over digital communications platforms like Slack
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and performing work in the US
