About the Role:
We are looking to grow our team with a TikTok Creative Manager that is experienced in planning, producing, and sourcing content to be used for direct response advertisements on paid social channels. You’ll be overseeing content production from ideation to execution and building out a network of in-house creators.
You’re perfect for this role if you: have experience creating engaging TikToks, have experience building relationships with and managing a network of content creators, understand the content structures and styles that perform well in advertising placements, and are passionate about storytelling and entertaining.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of content creation, influencer or creator marketing experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry, specifically for ads on paid social platforms
- Experience producing fun and engaging TikTok Videos
- A passion for cultivating long-term relationships with creators
- Proficient in using CRMs for creator discovery and management, with experience building out those systems preferred
- Proven track record of working with creators to develop UGC-style ad content
- Understanding of how to entertain and storytell from multiple POVs in a concise manner
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Capable of working independently, but is also an excellent team player
- Organized, deadline-oriented work ethic; relentless attention to detail
- Knowledge of DTC landscape and marketing to differing audience segments
Responsibilities + Ownership:
- Oversee TikTok content creation process from brief to execution of deliverables
- Shoot and edit TikTok videos for our brand partners
- Prospect and conduct outreach to potential creators and partners
- Build out and maintain a network of digital creators
- Manage all communications with creators, including rate negotiation, whitelisting agreements, and product send
- Be the resident expert on TikTok and Instagram video advertising trends
