Overview

This person will be an important part of our player communication and engagement, bringing creativity, energy and timely content execution to our team, allowing our brand personalities to grow and evolve. As part of the marketing team they will be responsible for developing the right visual assets to communicate key messages to our audiences, being our in-house expert on capturing in-game assets, including game play video and screenshots, exporting high-resolution renders and editing videos and images to be used in external marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product and Development teams to ideate content ideas
  • Develop, capture and edit gameplay video and compelling static images, delivering high quality assets for use on social media, in video trailers, ads, presentations and more
  • Use storytelling to guide content creation to engage our audiences, keeping voice/tone consistent, fun, high quality
  • Find creative solutions to use existing in-game content and builds still in development to get the best shots
  • Build out and maintain content library for future project use, ensuring it’s organized and up-to-date with latest versions of the game
  • Always be looking for ways to improve capture tools, efficiency and best practices, as well as staying current with trends and the evolving video/social media landscapes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Creative Media, Video Production, Graphic Design
  • 3+ years Similar video editing and game capture experience for a brand, studio or channel
  • 2+ years Experience in gaming industry a huge plus
  • 1+ years Motion graphics skills a plus
  • 1+ years Interest in golf a plus
  • Be our expert on capturing in-game assets, including video captures and compelling screenshots, and using these assets to produce high quality, engaging content to be used in external marketing and any internal sharing needs
  • Experience with video capture software
  • Ability to generate shot lists and gameplay sequences based on high level direction
  • Creativity in ideation, execution and storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Understanding and interest in the always-evolving world of social media
  • Attention to detail
  • Good addition to our small team
  • Flexible, helpful and an insightful self-starter
  • Motion graphics skills a plus
  • Work experience and interest in gaming is a huge plus, but not required
  • Interest in golf a plus, but not required

Travel less than 5% - Possible events/live activations; occasional team off-site.
