Marketing Director, Tallo
Stride is looking for an experienced leader with a broad range of marketing experience to develop and execute a highly creative marketing strategy for Tallo, a key growth business for the company. As part of Stride’s Career Learning business, Tallo is a digital platform that connects early talent to a mulititude of career opportunities including courses, certifications, scholarships, internships, apprenticeships, and jobs.
As the Marketing Director for Tallo, you will be responsible for developing an integrated marketing strategy and executing the programs and campaigns to grow the business, both active users and revenues. You will build and lead a fast-paced, marketing department that continually tests and executes new approaches to engage Gen Z talent, attract customer partners seeking to connect with Gen Zers, grow active users and build out the Tallo community The ideal candidate will have an understanding Gen Z and employer trends, be customer-obsessed, have proven results in campaign execution and growing user engagement with a a track-record for driving B2B and B2C business results. You’ll partner closely with product team and other key cross-functional leaders.

- Drive accelerated growth of Tallo Active Users, increasing engagement of existing members and attracting new users to the Tallo Community
- Develop comprehensive Go-to-Market plan that covers multiple B2C, B2B and workforce channels (offline, online, partnerships, PR, etc.), including leading required customer insights and market research
- Drive innovative ideas from development through execution of campaigns across social media platforms
- Create and execute a lifecycle engagement strategy to keep all users coming back to the platform
- Monitor trends in the Gen Z to “employment, education and enlistment” space to identify opportunities to drive business goals
- Work with internal Creative Teams to create emails, landing pages, lead capture forms, etc.
- Develop A/B testing and optimization plans across multiple channels
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative and manage lead generation
- Identify partnership opportunities to grow the addressable market
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 3 - 5 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience with focus on revenue growth, user acquisition and social / digital media / influencer marketing
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

- Proven success of developing/executing GTM plans to grow a business
