Job Description

U.S. Bank is currently recruiting a Social Video Content Creator, who will be responsible for creating video content that stands out in social media while staying true to the voice of the brand. You’ll be a good candidate if you live and breathe social platforms like Instagram and Tiktok and have experience creating and editing video for both channels. We’re looking for a creative thinker who is comfortable bringing ideas to the table and executing them.

Responsibilities include:

• Concepting, shooting and editing iPhone videos primarily for Instagram Reels and Tiktoks to help us fill our monthly content calendar. You may also create video for Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
• Identifying emerging social trends that make sense for U.S. Bank to participate in and quickly developing related content.
• Working with the organic social media team to ideate social video concepts based on social trends and/or needs from various business lines.
• Leading social media video shoots as needed, directing talent and other videographers how to capture the content needed
• Serve as social media video subject matter expert, educating other team members and business lines on social media video best practices
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating video content for Instagram/Tiktok on behalf of brands and/or your personal brand
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and ability to identify emerging trends
• Experience editing video using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and After Effects) and apps like Capcut
  
  

Preferred Skills/experience

• Able to meet a mix of monthly deliverables and timely requests
• Creative thinker who is good at meeting deadlines and bringing ideas to the table
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• It’s a bonus if you have copywriting, photography or live streaming skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $87,465.00 - $102,900.00 - $113,190.00
