Associate Brand Manager
This position is responsible for assisting with the development of key brands within the Bell’s or New Belgium’s Brand portfolios including all communications, media, and marketing engagement programs. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting and monitoring Innovation and ideation in line with the evolution in beer segments.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Supports annual brand strategy and execution of plans for larger brand portfolio and leads brand strategy and execution of plans for individual brands
- Leads execution of brand plans across digital, social, event and retail activation
- Performs analysis and works with research partners to build support for strategic recommendations
- Work with Innovation Team in new idea generation support and liquid development
- Support and assist with building the annual Programming Calendar and POS plan for the assigned portfolio in priority National Accounts in On and Off Premise Channels with Chains & Shopper Marketing Teams.
- Develops relationships with distributors and sales team to coordinate support for local brand initiatives
- Represent and leads your Portfolio at key customer or Distributor meetings annually as required to support program sell-in presentations
- Work closely in partnership with marketing and sales leadership to build creative & engaging brand plans to support our future Growth Goals
- Support consumer engagement with the New Belgium/Bell’s Beer portfolio across all major communication platforms.
- Works with the Insights and Brand Team to track and report out performance across volume, distribution, rate of sale and other KPI’s for key brands
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Education/ Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, MBA a plus.
- 2+ years’ Classical CPG marketer or creative / agency background with solid commercial acumen
- Prior Craft Beer or Alc. Beverage experience strongly preferred.
- Analytical skills, ability to gather and interpret data and make recommendations
- Strong ability to work across functions outside of Marketing and influencer without authority
- Developed skills in MS suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
Percent of Travel: 10-25%
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Salary Range: $58,000.00 -68,000
