Reporting to the Vice President of Plant-Based Beverages, the Senior Brand Manager provides short-term and long-term strategic direction for two emerging segments within the plant-based beverages category. This position is responsible for leading the preparation, creation and execution of the annual brand plans and accountable to drive a two-brand strategy and portfolio growth plan for these segments, along with driving the performance for the Club channel across Silk and So Delicious beverages. This position may be based in White Plains, NY OR Broomfield, CO.
Plant-based beverages Oat + Dairy-like segments are two high visibility and high growth segments for the Silk and So Delicious brands. This person will be responsible for out of the box thinking to drive share in these two highly competitive segments, along with activating a two-brand strategy within beverages. They will work closely with Director for Silk Equity and Senior Brand Manager for So Delicious Frozen, to drive the equity and performance for these two brands within these beverage segments. Looking ahead, this person will have the opportunity to craft clear portfolio and channel roles and develop a strong pipeline to continue the high growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
General Business and Management Skills
- Lead two brand strategy, with P&L ownership in a high-growth segments
- Lead development and execution of annual brand plans to meet sales and profit goals
- Spearhead innovation development and launch, encompassing product, packaging and vertical integration with sales partners
Effective Collaborator and Strong Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with the Silk Director to create brand creative for the Oat and Dairy-Like segments
- Lead So Delicious beverages go-to-market strategy across all segments, partner with So Delicious Frozen counterparts to ensure brand consistency across product segments
People Management and Cross-Functional Leader
- Manage and provide training and development of 2 direct reports including business analysis, project management, and cross functional team leadership.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Finance, and Operations
About You
About You
The ideal candidate will have
- 6+ years of consumer goods brand marketing experience at a CPG company with +$1B in U.S. revenue
- Bachelor's degree required and MBA preferred
- Strategic influencing abilities & proven leadership capability
- Strong business acumen
- Advertising development and new Product innovation experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to manage complexity and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Management / people development experience
- Strong digital marketing experience
- Experience managing P&L
- Experience developing/assessing Media plans
- A successful career progression, with a history of increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience in a global matrixed organization is a plus

The base compensation range for this position is $108,000-$161,000 commensurate with experience.
