Summary: The Manager Digital Content Marketing is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution and reporting of global digital marketing campaigns in support of our Golf Ball and Gear categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, coordinate, execute and analyze global category marketing campaigns across digital channels driving awareness, acquisition, sales and retention.
  • Develop and sustain strong working partnerships with the Golf Ball and Gear Product and Marketing teams in order to be fully embedded in each category's marketing planning, campaign and content develop processes.
  • Lead the strategy in partnership with the CRM team to develop customer segmentation strategies that drive campaign goals and improve the customer lifetime value and help improve the value of the entire customer database.
  • Manage and optimize the design, content and messaging strategies across all major digital touch points.
  • Partner with category, digital marketing, media and communications teams to increase content marketing, influencer and paid media results.
  • Align digital channels leveraging new technologies and tactics to drive engagement, education, interest and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, demonstrating success through multiple digital channels, especially social media, website, email and online video.
  • Proven track record of effectively developing and implementing marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
  • Experience using CRM strategies to develop customer segmentation strategies to improve customer lifetime value.
  • Strong project management, planning, communication, multitasking and time management skills in a marketing role.
  • Curious about new technology and trends and how best they can be applied to brand marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of user experience design, information architecture and usability principles.
  • Understanding of digital analytics tools to evaluate and report on KPIs.
