Roles And Responsibilities
- Support the development of corporate communications content across various communications channels, including social media, website, presentations, and more.
- Help identify content/stories to tell across social media, and support execution of projects from creative ideation to final publication (ex: Conduct research into larger social media trends across the biotech industry).
- Support analytics reporting across all owned channels.
- Support Communications projects and ad hoc requests.
- Work collaboratively with agency and coordinate cross-functionally with Medical, Legal, Patient Advocacy, and People & Experience teams.
Project Work May Include
- Social media awareness campaigns.
- Communications/media monitoring and analytics.
- Performing audits to understand social media best practices (influencer engagement, peer activity).
- Real-time digital community management.
- Employee social media policies and training.
- Website content refreshes.
- Participation in brainstorming meetings.
Education, Experience And Specialized Knowledge And Skills
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills.
- Creative, collaborative, and great interpersonal skills.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and are comfortable to tight deadlines.
- Strong critical thinker who demonstrates initiative when working alone and within teams.
- Keen interest in the healthcare and biopharma industries.

- Enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelors degree in communications or a related field.
- Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Working knowledge of design applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva is a plus.
