Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support the development of corporate communications content across various communications channels, including social media, website, presentations, and more.
  • Help identify content/stories to tell across social media, and support execution of projects from creative ideation to final publication (ex: Conduct research into larger social media trends across the biotech industry).
  • Support analytics reporting across all owned channels.
  • Support Communications projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Work collaboratively with agency and coordinate cross-functionally with Medical, Legal, Patient Advocacy, and People & Experience teams.

Project Work May Include

  • Social media awareness campaigns.
  • Communications/media monitoring and analytics.
  • Performing audits to understand social media best practices (influencer engagement, peer activity).
  • Real-time digital community management.
  • Employee social media policies and training.
  • Website content refreshes.
  • Participation in brainstorming meetings.

Education, Experience And Specialized Knowledge And Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills.
  • Creative, collaborative, and great interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and are comfortable to tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinker who demonstrates initiative when working alone and within teams.
  • Keen interest in the healthcare and biopharma industries.

  • Enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelors degree in communications or a related field.
  • Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of design applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva is a plus.
