Dexerto is hiring an Account Manager who will lead the delivery and execution of content initiatives within the Integrated Marketing team, which is the commercial team that services and executes direct advertiser campaigns at Dexerto. The types of creative includes, but is not limited to, custom video productions, digital design for website and social and experiential fan activations.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading the development and creation of assets, content and activations in support of the commercial and editorial teams, working cross-department with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be organized and tenacious, with extensive experience in project managing, collaborating and delivering flawless execution.

As the Account Manager, you are detail-oriented, comfortable managing more than one project while independently prioritising projects to meet deadlines and internal and external expectations. You want to elevate creative executions, leveraging the utility of this position to get the best out of design and video teams.

Communication is key and you will be expected to streamline the flow of information between clients and production partners. Given the global nature of Dexerto, you will need to be able to work quickly and efficiently, managing timeline and expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience within a creative account management role at an agency, brand or property
  • Fully remote but must be located within the United States
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not necessary depending on experience
  • Knowledge of current events, gaming culture, video and web content
  • Detail-oriented, calm-under-pressure, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to think strategically and activate creatively
  • A proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of production for multiple platforms, with technical knowledge of production timelines
  • Experience negotiating with production partners and managing budgets
  • Identifying unique opportunities to leverage content, creative and technology to drive innovation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to support a global team
  • Knowledge and experience in experiential and live events to coordinate execution, budgets, and timelines between Dexerto’s internal, integrated marketing team and selected, third-party vendors
