Influencer Marketing Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will be joining a new team at Open Influence and have a unique opportunity to build systems and processes that have lasting impact on the Account Management team and broader organization. You'll help implement internal processes, lead strategic initiatives, and connect the dots between departments, enabling the AM team to operate efficiently and directly impacting revenue growth for Open Influence.

Project Manager Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Director with the development of the PM practice and provide a critical operational role within the organization, with proven ability to mentor, instruct and directly manage junior staff as well as interact with senior agency/vendor staff
- Drive end-to-end project management and tracking of influencer marketing campaigns and provide cross-functional support to ensure cohesive, integrated workflows, and communication throughout the campaign life cycle
- Facilitate pre-sale process:
- Work directly with Operations, Accounting, Account Management, Strategy, and Sales on the development of new scopes, staffing plans, and pricing models
- Create and oversee plans to accurately manage capacity levels and ensure proper forecasting by utilizing historical data, past data trends, and scope considerations
- Ongoing support:
- Oversee internal team processes such as time tracking review, revenue tracking, coordination with the paid social team, and general project management (internal status call scheduling, agendas, note taking, etc)
- Identify and foresee opportunities for improvement and proactively propose plans for optimization to Operations Director
- Create and maintain templates, set and implement processes; intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets a plus
- Facilitate campaign close out process:
- Pull and analyze utilization reports, LOE analyses, and burn reports on behalf of clients and internal teams
- Facilitate cross-departmental knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in an agency setting
- Experience with Influencer Marketing, Account Management, Social Media, Marketing
- Highly proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects at the same time
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to creatively problem solve and navigate gray area
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills, with acute attention to detail, accuracy and accountability balanced with sound business judgment
- High EQ with an ability to work with many different personality types and positively influence others
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Marketing Operations and/or Project Management
- Experience with utilization reporting, scope management, and resourcing
- Experience with Salesforce
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
