The Role

ZenBusiness has established the #1 merchant program in ShareASale, but there is a lot more opportunity to grow. We are seeking an Affiliate Programs Manager with a proven track record working in the affiliate space (Advertiser, Publisher, Agency) to support the Affiliate Programs Director in managing and scaling our affiliate publisher and influencer programs into new affiliate pools, platforms, and partnership types to unlock new revenue streams.

Our ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:

Proven experience and success working in the Affiliate & Partnerships ecosystem for 5-7 years.

Advertiser or merchant experience is preferred but Publisher or Agency experience is also applicable for the role.

Understanding of Affiliate networks like ShareASale, Impact Radius, CJ, Rakuten, and other top platforms.

Analytical with an ability to understand how KPIs can be tailored to affiliate needs (CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM, Media Buys).

Relationship development - able to successfully prospect, establish, and develop relationships with new and existing affiliate publishers and creators.

Stellar communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.

Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability and prioritization of daily/weekly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships & communications with our affiliates and other strategic partners.
• Setting and prioritizing initiatives across new and existing affiliates.
• Collaborating on strategy with the Affiliate Programs Director to grow and scale our program channels and relationships.
• Analyzing and reporting on competitive landscape, conversions, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Ensuring consistent messaging & compliance across all affiliate partners, channels, and programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or another applicable field.
• 5–7 years of experience in affiliate program management.
• Experience across affiliate platforms: ShareASale, Impact Radius, Rakuten, Commission Junction, etc.
• Comfortable analyzing data sets in Excel and other analytics tools to see how key metrics work together to accelerate the business.
• Self-motivated operating in a rapidly changing working environmentStrong work ethic and desire to learn and grow your knowledge of affiliate marketing Inherent passion for helping business owners start, run, and grow a successful company.
