This role is 100% remote.
In this role you’ll flex your stellar copywriting skills and knack for storytelling, and producing stunning visual content in a variety of formats from photo imagery to graphics, GIFs, Instagram stories and reels, TikTok videos, Pinterest guides, and more
You should love engaging with people and understand how to connect with an audience, using insights to deliver more of what your audience wants.
What You’ll Do:
- Own all day-to-day social media operations for Torrid owned channels, inserting social-first thinking into everything we do
- Brainstorm and execute innovative new social strategies, test new platforms, and expand social monetization opportunities.
- Manage coordinator on the team, as well as internal creative team to oversee campaign strategy, lead creative ideation, and deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns to meet channel growth goals.
- Primary person to run the daily execution of all social media platforms – coordinate, consolidate, build, grow, post, monitor, report
- Oversee community engagement efforts—including social insights, community management, surprise & delight moments, giveaways, and user-generated content curation
- Lead internal and external stakeholders through complex processes—from brief and concepting to feedback, approvals, and execution
- Develop content to support integrated marketing e-commerce social initiatives
- Develop and execute digital/social contests and sweepstakes to drive customer acquisition and social growth
- Web analytics & social media reporting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly, growth and engagement measured on monthly basis
- Develops and owns multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals (short and long-term) that are reported to senior leadership.
- Content ideas and success of engagement
- Social copywriting for seasonal campaign/product needs
- Market research through influencer and social media listening program & competitor analysis
- Stay on top of social trends and culture, to share with the wider team; stay informed on the latest platform best practices; cultivate strong relationships with platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), gaining access to emerging features and technologies
- Assistance in the execution of the Influencer Program; identifying potential creators, ordering & shipping product
- Provides thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies across our organization.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in digital/social media marketing for a lifestyle brand
- Advance Illustrator/Photoshop skills

Salary $83,741 - $102,247.
