To this end, we are seeking an experienced Associate Producer who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

Responsibilities

We are seeking someone who has a passion for organizing projects, interacting with people, and analyzing process for maximum effect. The ideal candidate will be passionate about video games and gaming, and someone who thrives in an environment that requires agility, creative problem-solving and strong inter-personal skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Qualifications for this role are listed below, but please do not hesitate to apply if you don’t meet 100% of them.

You Will

  • Drive project and discipline deliverables to completion, on time and on budget
  • Accountable for assessing team morale, team efficiency and team progress and highlighting improvements and concerns to Producers and Directors
  • Communication of project-related issues and risks to Producers and Directors
  • Identify roadblocks and work with partners to remove them
  • Oversee day-to-day task tracking, task updating and scheduling for your team
  • Work with leads to determine scope and scale of upcoming work
  • Meeting organization including scheduling, setting and communicating agendas, and drafting and distributing meeting minutes
  • Maintain project documentation to ensure resources for the team are reliable and accurate
  • Facilitate information and asset sharing between internal and external partners

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of project management methods, pipeline and tools
  • Driven person with excellent follow-through and organizational skills
  • Excels in detail-oriented work
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
  • Strong people management skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a project management or production role
  • Enthusiasm for video games
