Senior Manager of PD Development / Sourcing/ OPS

Dae is a clean and vegan hair care brand that was founded by Amber Fillerup in 2020. Inspired

by the restorative powers of the Arizona desert and its botanicals, each of the products is intentionally made to deliver a sensorial experience. Dae’s essentials are simple, effective and are beautifully designed to elevate any daily hair ritual.

Core responsibilities:

● Work through NPD briefs from marketing to kick off projects

● Manage all PD Timeline/Launches: update PD agenda

● Manage deadlines for specific assigned tasks related to ops/creative for structuring and creating skus

● Source all packaging – including Manage all package design requests/ color and approvals with

creative/marketing

● Work with CMS on formula submissions for all NPD and changes needed.

● Manage formula approvals and testing along with CMS/ marketing/leadership

● Kickoff calls with CMS for execution on NPD projects

● Structure and quote all newness primary/secondary/ packaging

● Work on COGS approvals on all newness with COO to ensure meets COGS margin needs prior to execution.

● Manage and create all new skus and bill of materials in system, Item master, including item set ups to 3PL.

● Create all bill of materials, and fill in assembly specs for kits

● Manage artwork requests for newness and replen runs with creative for all packaging runs.

● Manage product briefs and plan for creative, marketing, and social and influencer/social needs including merch.

● Manage vendor coordination between creative marketing, marketing, and social for all swag/collateral needs

● Creation of pos / production for all newness and work with vendors to ensure produced in a timely manner needed for launch.

● Plan mrp of components for all items according to FG mrp plan.

● Assist COO with FG mrp plan.

● Work with purchasing team to execute orders on time based on mrp plan for components and FG.

● Work on projects as needed directed by COO
