Wild Tribute is a lifestyle brand sold in national parks, national forests, state parks, and other parallel retail spaces around the country, including but not limited to, specialty retail, resort wear, brewery merchandise, and big box retailers. Our product offering of apparel, hats, and various accessories is driven by our mission to give back to our most wild and historic places. We donate 4% of our proceeds to organizations that support our parks, forests, and oceans. This is our wild tribute.

We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing Team who shares an affinity for America’s most wild and historic places and prior experience in the Outdoor Industry to help manage our marketing initiatives across our various channels such as social, email, SMS and the like.

In this role, you will manage Wild Tribute’s social media accounts, create marketing collateral, drive growth across organic channels, and be at the forefront of our community engagement.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who is sharp, quick-witted, highly flexible, and adaptable to changing business needs. It is important that you can demonstrate experience in writing copy and creating compelling visual stories via email campaigns and on major social media platforms.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full Time

• Organization: This role will report directly to Marketing Director

• Work Arrangement: Remote

• Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish social media content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest

• Create and manage marketing and content calendar for email, social and blog posts that align with our strategy for new product launches, sales, partner campaigns, etc.

• Respond and engage with social posts and direct messages across social channels

• Create marketing graphics for both social and email

• Copywriting for social posts, email, and anywhere else where needed

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that tie into social channels, using Klaviyo

• Develop and publish blog posts that align with the brand's messaging and strategy

• Seek out brand collaborations and integrate strategic influencers into the marketing strategy

• Coordinate giveaways and campaigns with partners, influencers and the like

• Assist in developing and executing brand campaigns and events

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels

• Drive brand ambassador program

• Manage inbound customer service requests via social and email channels

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and email marketing

• Strong copywriting ability

• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Attentive, Adobe Creative Suite/Figma/Canva

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to wear multiple hats if necessary

• Ability to work asynchronously, with a focus on output vs time

• Passion for the outdoors and knowledge of our national parks and public lands is a plus
