Summary
CNSI is looking for a talented, ambitious Content & Campaign Marketing Manager to join our evolving team as an influential content creator, campaign driver, and branding aficionado. In this role, you will be a driving force in CNSI’s next stage of growth. Specifically, you will help shape our story by creating impactful content to influence our audiences and delight our customers, all while owning content-driven campaigns and managing content distribution through various channels.
In campaign management, you will design and execute end-to-end, multi-touch demand creation programs, based on creative inbound and outbound strategies that drive relevant audience engagement, sales-qualified interest, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
The Content and Campaign Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborate closely with business development and product teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on writing experience with brand transformation, a passion for a content-first marketing approach, can translate complex technology subject matter into creative storytelling, is data driven and detail oriented, is capable of generating consistently clean copy, and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of a comprehensive brand strategy, working closely with internal and external partners to modernize and elevate messaging and positioning, ultimately meeting targeted audiences at the intersection of their interests and needs.
- Produce best-in-class content that engages and converts across a variety of formats and channels, and at all funnel stages. Prime content examples include blogs, SEO-optimized website landing pages, eBooks, whitepapers, email nurtures, ad copy, multimedia, and social
- Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and revenue opportunities
- Craft compelling omni-channel content that meets the targeted audience at the intersection of their interests and needs. This includes blog and web copy, social media, paid advertising, live events, and podcasts, among other mediums
- Analyze performance metrics and build repeatable processes to ensure an always on/always winning content strategy
- Employ test-and-learn methodologies that uncover channel and audience insights, leading to campaign efficiencies and performance improvement
- Manage the editorial calendar by developing and publishing content that amplifies our brand, demonstrates our differentiation, and enables our go-to-market strategies
- Provide oversight and direction to team members supporting content and campaign program execution
- Serve as inhouse lead editor in reviewing and proofing external facing content and communications
- Partner with team members in product marketing, growth marketing, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) to develop impactful content that resonates with our audiences
- Contribute to research and development of product positioning, competitive analysis, subject matter expert interviews, and sales enablement materials
- Expand public relations footprint and editorial byline opportunities in partnership with communications team.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills:
- 7+ years’ experience as a content producer and manager in a fast-paced growth marketing ecosystem, working side by side with demand generation and lifecycle marketers, executing proven content strategies and leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Exceptional writing skills, with ability to produce and edit copy for multiple audiences and at all funnel stages—from cornerstone content to quick takes—that cut through the noise and clearly articulates value proposition to create and capture high-intent demand
- Proven track record of building, optimizing, and managing channels simultaneously
- Experience in conversion rate optimization, driving experiments to maintain growth, in accordance with KPI and revenue objectives
- In-depth experience with Marketing CRM, SEO, and website analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, or comparable
- Exceptional verbal skills, with ability to succinctly communicate complex concepts to a broad audience and a level of comfort and confidence to report results to key stakeholders and executive leadership
- Strong research skills, leveraging data from keyword analysis, competitive intelligence, and social listening to cultivate content ideas
- Previous brand marketing experience and a strong editorial point of view on brand representation and perception
- Experience managing and mentoring junior staff, content team members, agency partners, and freelance support
- Experience setting and communicating priorities to project teams, while managing multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously
- Nice to have but not required: experience using graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe CS)
