Creator Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a talented U.S.-based marketing professional to help grow our influencer and creator marketing efforts. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, and our ads are heard and watched by over 60 million people around the globe each month. This position is in the newest and fastest growing area of our team. What you’ll be doing (responsibilities)
- Be responsible for the success of our paid media spend, measured by sales revenue and CPA
- Actively research and keep on top of emerging platforms and trends to identify new creator marketing strategies
- Account manage relationships between influencers, agents, and networks, across various social media verticals
- Monitor performance and suggest ways to optimize—you’ll help keep things fresh to maximize sales
- Create customized talking points based on a personality’s public persona, style, and audience across
- Review scripts and other creative assets like EDMs and social media posts
- Manage the rotation of scripts to ensure copy is relevant to current events and trending topics
- Project manage and coordinate landing page and asset creation for sales funnels
- Analyze and own sales and conversion optimization efforts and targets, examining correlations between KPIs and testing variables across multiple campaigns
What you’ll need to succeed (role requirements)
- A strong marketing mindset: You have a knack for knowing what sells to a wide range of consumers across genres and geos
- Good common sense: You can take data and create meaningful insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You’re analytical and data-driven
- Resilience: You’re not easily dissuaded and willing to learn through trial-and-error
- You’re good at giving and receiving constructive feedback
- You have a keen ability to think outside the box and suggest new ideas
- You possess a strong attention to detail

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications and experience. For this role, the compensation range is US$100,000 to US$150,000 per annum.
