KISS International Assistant Manager will be involved in all aspects of International marketing for the nail and lash categories. A key area of focus includes marketing plan development and implementation for specific key International countries & retailers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with International Marketing Team to create and implement the marketing strategy for the nail and lash category for assigned countries to service global needs (including US when needed)
  • Home office executional arm for key International markets. Assists with all plans on key International accounts – (ie. influencer campaigns, digital media campaigns, sampling opportunities, in-store and on-line requests)
  • Provide Marketing support for secondary priority International markets
  • Works closely with external International agencies to execute plans and meet Marketing KPIs
  • Works closely with US corporate social media team on executing content for KISS International social accounts
  • Assists with PR support for key International markets
  • Manages internal partners to develop secondary promotional displays for International retailers - finalize assortments, display renderings, sell sheets, p+ls, item #/UPC requests, support planning, BOM set up, forecasts
  • Supports the International sales teams in specific retailer requests
  • Works closely with US brand marketing team to commercialize plans at key International retailers, ensuring programs are aligned with overall brand strategies and goals
  • Coordinates & interacts regularly with cross functional teams for brand integration and execution of all programs
  • Located in NY HQ - Reports to Director of Global Marketing

(KSA) Knowledge/experience, Skills, Ability & Attitude Required

  • Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, strong computer skills, a self- starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Marketing major required
  • 3-5 years brand Marketing experience - consumer packaged goods background or mass market beauty brand experience preferred
  • Social & digital media experience and knowledge
  • Skills – strong strategic and executional skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Has working knowledge and understanding of mass retail channel.
  • Prior brand/PR marketing experience preferred
  • Outstanding computer skills (powerpoint, excel, etc)
  • Travel required; approximately two times a year
