Key Responsibilities
Full Funnel Creative
- Partner with KFC global marketing teams to design best-in-class creative briefing processes for branded retail, brand in culture, and marketing calendar layers
- Contribute to the development of resources that inspire global agency partners to create compelling and engaging consumer communications that build the brand across the full funnel
- Help develop and maintain quarterly creative review, recognition, and know-how building process for all global markets
Distinctive Brand Building
- Provide brand narrative and visual identity thought leadership and counsel to global cross-functional partners to drive brand integrity across all key touchpoints for all stakeholders
- Audit and ensure brand consistency and use of distinctive brand assets across all global market-owned channels, creative communications, and other touchpoints
- Manage any necessary distinctive brand asset studies, usage guidance, and support markets in optimizing the use of the most effective DBAs for their region
- Own any updates/addendums to the KFC global brand book, as needed
- Support brand and creative execution of all global partnership agreements
Global Marketing Collaboration
- Support KFC's global annual Marketing Planning Meeting
- Manage brand and creative workshops on an as-needed basis with global marketing teams

Experience
- Required:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a brand marketing or creative role
- An innovative thinker that can creatively construct strategic solutions and provide thought leadership for addressing big brand and creative obstacles encountered in the market
- An exceptional ability in building relationships through a clear communication style, collaboration, listening, and a partnership mentality
- Exceptional thought leadership presence, collaborative nature, and influencer skills are needed to drive the brand and creative agenda throughout a complex organization
- Experience working with (or as an) agency partner to create multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to resource and gather relevant information to build comprehensive analysis and recommendations
- Creative thinker and intellectual curiosity
- Preferred:
- Experience in the multi-channel retail industry (client or agency side) and/or franchised business
