Job Summary: The Social Media Lead, Brand Marketing will be responsible for the execution of social programs in support of, but not limited to, marketing and PR content, while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity. Will manage social media campaigns, drive engagement and follower growth by creating high-quality content and optimize efforts to maximize performance.
Principal Duties:
- Assist with the development of channel and brand-relevant content strategy in collaboration with key marketing leaders. Execute strategy across the organization, aligning initiatives with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the creation of engaging, shareable, high performing content across all platforms that align with overall marketing strategies and honors the differences between our various channels.
- Lead agency and freelancer management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners (Bounteous, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Sprinklr, Captiv8, influencers) and foster new relationships as trends and business needs change.
- Create and execute influencer marketing programs designed to increase brand reach and drive follower growth.
- Assist with the development of strategies and processes that maximize value derived from key partners like Sprinklr and Captiv8.
- Participate with the development, monitoring and publishing of social media campaign KPIs, including metrics for impressions, engagement and engagement rate across all channels. Create goals against these KPIs and implement changes to meet or exceed these metrics.
- Own editorial calendar and collaborate with broader digital team to achieve an integrated approach with other digital communications (email, web, push, etc).
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Attend events and support community events as it makes sense for our social strategy.
Essential Functions:

- Organize, plan and manage projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry
- Strong love for all things social
- Superb time management skills
- Ability to spot and be aware of relevant trends, opportunities and important social media changes
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience managing social media platforms
- Experience with paid social media
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube is essential
- Knowledge of Sprinklr or similar programs to manage online postings on different platforms
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
