Position Overview
The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for supporting our marketing team through social media strategy, community management, and influencer relations. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the ever-changing social media environment and possess knowledge of marketing principles.
Responsibilities
- Support our marketing team via community and content management across our platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Assist with tracking and reporting of organic social media performance.
- Ideate and draft creative copy for social media posts.
- Follow social trends and content opportunities to make suggestions on how to leverage those relevant to Sky Zone.
- Flag anything on social such as DMs, accounts, and comments that require immediate attention / local park escalation.
- Provide recommendations on posts to interact with across platforms daily.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of social media marketing experience (personal or internship counts).
- Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week.
- Social media proficiency/avid social media user.
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt to the Sky Zone voice.
- Graphic design or creative design experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with technology and an efficient user of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Physical Requirements
- Required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
