We empower creators to grow and flourish, and connect marketers to the creators that will fuel their business. We do this all through technology, relationships, and education.

We are in search of an Intern to join the Collective Voice Creator Relations team, whose mission it is to build and cultivate a community of monetized Creators. The Creator Relations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the Creator Relations team, including creating and updating Creator & Retailer trackers, communicating with internal team members, coordinating logistics of any physical product mailers, and monitoring and reporting on the success of monetized Creatorson the Collective Voice platform. The ideal candidate is organized, extremely detail-oriented, sharp, analytical, motivated, and a hard worker who turns around tasks and projects quickly yet thoughtfully. The Intern will work closely with the Creator Relations team.

Qualifications

  • Matriculation in a 4-year University
  • Passion for the influencer marketing and client services space
  • Strong aptitude and desire to learn new techniques and tools
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication style.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • An ability and interest to collect, analyze, and present data
  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office, G Suite; particularly with Word, Excel, Sheets and Slides
  • Ideally located in the Bay Area or NYC

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base salary for this role will be between $20.00-$25.00 per hour. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
