What You Do
- Act as key marketing partner to Hourglass Sales team, Specialty retail partners, and key accounts: Sephora and ULTA, North America
- Work closely with Sales team to assess the progress of retail performance and assist with Sales strategy accordingly
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising team and Creative team to bring brand and product stories to life within the retail environment
- Develop concepts that drive traffic to retailer's ecommerce sites through paid media, influencer marketing, etc.
- Track and analyze product launches by retailer, and overall assortment performance, ensuring key insights and learnings are identified for future retailer strategy
- Identify areas of opportunity within each retail environment and tailor the global Hourglass strategy to each retailer and market as necessary
- Lead 360 planning meetings with the cross-functional teams to develop retailer specific strategies for A product launches and to support core product
- Develop and oversee sampling strategy in North America
- Manage and balance the North America retail marketing budget
- Maintain key account retail marketing calendars in partnership with sales; regularly share with greater Hourglass team
- Partner with Promotional Marketing Manager on development and execution of retail event and promotional strategies for Sephora NA
- Manage sample box and ratings & reviews programs, including Sephora Play, BoxyCharm and Influenster/ Octoly
- Manages all retail meeting preparation and presentation creation for North America Retail Marketing
- Position requires organization, attention to detail, adaptability and high degree of collaboration with cross function partners
- Strong 360 marketing knowledge including ecommerce, social, PR, and trade marketing
- Ability to manage complex and multiple priorities at one time

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience within product marketing in beauty, luxury preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Passion for product, specifically cosmetics and skincare
- Deep knowledge of beauty retailer best practices and optimization opportunities
- Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player and highly-organized
- Proven success leading cross-functional team, and processes
- Analytical, with experience tracking and reporting
- Adaptable, resourceful and forward thinking
- Experience working at innovative, fast-paced startups or indie brands is a plus
- A strong background in retail management experience within cosmetics or skincare
- Thrive on solving problems and looking at implementing creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
- Creative, positive and high-energy individual with an ability to execute
- Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
