Influencer Agency Sales Manager
Respondology is looking for an experienced and motivated Influencer Agency Sales Manager to sell Respondology’s social moderation platform to Social Media Influencer agencies. Leveraging your experience in influencer agency sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through effective prospecting, strategic planning, and the ability to close deals.

Remote Role: We are open to 100% remote candidates in most states.
Day in the Life:
- Identify and pursue agency prospects whose clients could benefit from our moderation tool.
- Use your networking skills to form strategic partnerships and relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build, mentor and manage a sales team with strong leadership and values.
- Work independently and also with a great sales team to accomplish goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals and product roadmap.
Here’s what you need to get our attention:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience: If you have a four-year degree, that's great; we care more about your past experience and ability to do the job, so please apply even if you don't have a degree
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales selling to influencer agencies
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decisions.
- Experience working with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Base Salary: $75k-$90k DOE plus commission and equity
