About The Job
We are looking to hire a full-time Brand Marketing Associate for Madhappy.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team across a variety of channels including: Campaign, Influencer, Content, Retail, Experiential, Podcast, Partnerships.
You must be based in Los Angeles to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
Campaign
- Support brand marketing & content production teams with the execution of marketing efforts from start to finish
Influencer Relations
- Source and develop lists of various influencers, and constantly introduce new potential targets for upcoming campaigns
- Work with relevant team members to coordinate the outreach of various gifting campaigns on a weekly basis
- Lead execution of all gifting orders on the ground and through our online channels from submission to delivery
- Support relevant team members with weekly budget tracking and quarterly retros
Content
- Lead the creation and execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media reports utilizing data from Sprout Social and other data tracking tools
- Support with rolling TikTok initiatives, from trend tracking to platform maintenance
Retail / Experiential Marketing
- Collaborate with our retail team to bring new and exciting events to life on a rolling basis
- Support execution of experiential moments surrounding ongoing campaigns
Podcast
- Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on Podcast download data
- Support relevant team with podcast preparation from guest ideation to show execution
- Partnerships Support special projects & partnerships team with ongoing outreach, strategy organization and launch efforts

Qualifications
About You
- 2+ years of work experience in brand marketing (agency or in-house)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive personality with the drive & ambition to take initiative
