Integer is seeking an Content Creator to join our agency!
The Content Creator is responsible for creating photography, video and dynamic imagery for use on digital and social media. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be tested in this fast-paced environment as projects will vary on a week-to-week basis. Looking for someone who is a craftsman across the board, with a variety of skills. These include; lighting, shooting, recording audio, editing, animation, graphics and creation of various digital & social media file outputs.
The Jr. Content Creator works alongside a content creation team which includes Content Producers, Community Managers, Creative and Account Leadership to concept and create beautiful and innovative content that fulfills digital/social strategies for our clients. They must be able to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members and other agency associates.
- 45%-Contributes to the team’s content creation efforts in regular planning meetings, brainstorms and pre-production meetings by bringing energy, enthusiasm, ideas and solutions. Collaborates closely with Community Managers and Content Producers to plan photo/video shoots and a variety of digital and social content outputs. Help prepare shoots, stage and manage studio gear.
- 45%-Shoots photos, video and creates compelling imagery in both studio and location settings. Crafts effective stories through editing and animating video footage and re-using existing source material. Retouches, color corrects and animates digital photos to appropriately enhance social postings with dynamic imagery. Collaborates with agency teams throughout the entire process and provides careful follow-through on all assignments. Assist with backing up footage to the server, logging footage, and organizing the internal footage library. Assist with keeping the team portfolio updated and adding new and exciting work throughout the year.
- 10%-Continuously grows craft skills and technical knowledge through creative/production experimentation, attending workshops, utilizing online resources, etc...
- Production and post production industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding and technical proficiency of photography, video, and animation
- A broad knowledge of social media platforms and a willingness to explore creative visual techniques to bring content to life
- Demonstration of photography, video editing, graphics and animation craft skills
- Ability to operate cameras and production equipment to shoot photos and footage with technical and creative
- Talented with programs in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and ability to learn new software, expertise with CaptureOne is required (Dragonframe, Davinci a bonus)
- Experience and expertise in understanding lighting. Both with available lighting and also continuous and strobes and how to combine the two to create beautiful, natural and dynamic imagery in the studio and on location
- Understanding of how visual content plays out and communicates on social platforms.
- Ability to apply problem solving skills to production challenges
- Research and present new technologies and innovative products regularly
- Strong interpersonal skills essential; ability to collaborate on shoots and in post with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Careful attention to details and technical requirements on production assignment deliverables
- Attend weekly team meetings, regular planning sessions, and be engaged in team and agency activities
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft office, Teams and other online tools.
The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire $45,000-$50,000
