Experience

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with marketing in the home improvement industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent experience

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly lead goals are met
  • Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytics tracking and reporting
  • Daily Leads Review
  • Ensuring maximum ROI is achieved through each Marketing Channel in a Dynamic way
  • Increase brand awareness through public relations efforts, advertising, social media, and other online presence
  • Direct content marketing, video and design pieces to further external and internal marketing initiatives
  • Assign projects to inhouse Digital Media Creator
  • Coordination and representation of Phillips at industry and company events
  • Vendor relations and negotiation
  • Responsible for 24/7 Social Media communication and engagement
  • Perform local market research when required
  • Help maintain company information, materials, and associated marketing databases
  • Chaperone Company Mascot at important local events

Skills And Qualifications

  • Be a social media influencer – dynamic and creative individual who can think outside the box and generate activity and updates for our socials
  • Analytical
  • Advanced computer skills including G-Suite; Intermediate skills in InDesign; Photoshop
  • SEO and PPC
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Works well with little supervision. Can take direction without follow up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent driving record
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously
  • Ability to edit and write scripts for various Marketing campaigns
  • Able to work at least 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Looking for full-time employment with a desire to advance within the company
  • Experience in home improvement field preferred, but not required
  • Must be a positive team player, self-starter and strive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to follow defined business processes
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
