About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced advertising brand leader to join our Marketing Center of Excellence Team at Tropicana Brands Group. As a subject matter expert, you will guide the brand teams to develop best in class advertising across the total communications ecosystem, including brand positioning, brand identity, paid media, partnerships, influencer marketing, experiential and organic social. All campaign efforts are geared towards TBG’s goals of outpacing the beverage marketplace in top-line and bottom-line growth. This role will collaborate cross-functionally within our organization (media, design, PR, insights, brand, and more) and with external agency partners to take our iconic brands to new heights. We are looking for a strategic leader and flawless executer who can build new processes and marketing capabilities and then assist brand teams in executing brand campaigns with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop/refine brand positioning and build growth-driving campaign platforms across all consumer touchpoints (paid, owned, earned)
  • Have a constant pulse on consumers and culture to understand where our brands can continue to stay relevant in the marketplace
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging consumer channels/ associated technology with ability to educate the organization on the effects of these changes on our business.
  • Build new marketing processes and capabilities (i.e.: annual brand planning, creative briefing process)
  • Partner with internal design teams and external agencies to brief in new creative work. Mut have excellent brief writing skills.
  • Negotiate SOWs, manage budgets, lead RFPs, and other agency governance processes.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree, minimum 8 years of experience in brand marketing or agency side
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, organizational, and analytical skills to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive strong storytelling through both in-person as well as written for leadership sell-in and updates
  • Exceptional project management/execution skills to meet aggressive deliverables.
  • Results-oriented mindset; familiarity in setting and reporting against KPIs
  • Larger business understanding with deep expertise in creative marketing
  • Strong decision maker, with comfort working autonomously and in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and see the forest through the trees
  • Bias for action with grit and perseverance to get the job done
