Brand Manager
Lifeway is seeking a Brand Manager responsible for the strategic development and execution of The Glass House podcast initiatives. As B rand M anager, you’ll be part of an amazing podcast focused on ministry leaders and their families that live in a “glass house” – an environment where they are left vulnerable to the stress of ministry and the criticism of others. Working alongside Ben (Lifeway’s CEO ) and Lynley Mandrell , y ou’ll have the opportunity to impact this ministry by creating and implementing a vision for the podcast, establishing , and maintaining relationships with external partners , guests, and developing brand oriented strategies.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office position located in the greater Nashville, TN area and relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Set long-term strategic vision to grow the audience and reach of The Glass House podcast
- Develop new and innovative strategies to engage the audience, build communities across platforms and raise awareness of the podcast channel
- Oversee strategy of social media and communication for Lifeway's president
- Develop marketing plans and measure the effectiveness of the strategies around the podcast
- Provide and present campaign recaps to stakeholders upon the conclusion of each campaign
- Travel required
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree, required
- Marketing, Communications, PR, English, or Economics - preferred
Experience Required
- 6+ years of Brand Management or PR experience
- Proven success developing creative assets, including style guides and creative content for social media
- Advanced writing and storytelling abilities
- Demonstrated success collaborating with various internal and external media stakeholders on projects including,

- Digital Media
- Presentations
- Live Events
