Responsibilities


  • NEEDS UPDATING BEFORE POSTING
  • Day-to-day lead and senior counsel for high-profile pharmaceutical portfolio of business, with focus on inflammation and immunology/medical dermatology business
  • Engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, creative and quick thinking and collaboration view
  • Business includes brand communications (i.e., data, regulatory, access), patient and influencer engagement efforts (large-scale campaign, designed to help support existing unmet patient needs) stakeholder relations, issues management, internal communications, social media/digital and measurement
  • A Senior Vice President is responsible for applying, selling and growing network-wide resources, providing excelling client service, establishing and implementing the overall strategic direction of the programs, developing the staff assigned to the accounts and managing the business in a profitable, growing manner. A Senior Vice President is a company leader with the ability and expectation to deliver on the company’s vision, performance requirements, growth projections and profitability targets.
  • A Senior Vice President should be able to counsel at the most senior level, act as the strategic leader, analyze and quickly solve problems, develop programs, oversee the development and delivery of high quality work products, play a significant business development role, develop people and manage budgets, billing and other financial performance requirements.

Job Requirements


  • NEEDS UPDATING BEFORE POSTING
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field (preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industries (required)
  • Ability to cultivate leads, network and prospect
  • Ability to make decisions independently and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to persuade and communicate at every level, including C-Suite professionals
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment (required)
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and third-parties (required)
  • Must have stellar presentation skills
  • Individual should be a self-starter/self-motivator (required)
  • Strong client relations expertise and familiarity with branded pharmaceutical product and scientific communications is required
  • Willingness to travel (following pandemic restrictions) is required for client meetings and events in this role.
