Purpose
~ Strategic lead on multicultural marketing for the Genesis brand. This person would be responsible for guiding the strategy, agency selection and management, measurement, crisis management, influencer, and social media advisor in all multicultural marketing for the Genesis brand. In addition, this Senior Manager would lead Genesis corporate branding efforts including setting strategies around the brand, alignment with CSR efforts, and corporate employee engagement. This would be delivered by utilizing strategies supporting the brand’s role on LinkedIn, the brand website, and other marketing opportunities to leverage Genesis leadership and employees to amplify the brand message and establish Genesis as a top talent recruiter and a work culture both business professionals and general consumers admire.
Major Responsibilities
~ Responsible for strategy development of the Multicultural Marketing for the Genesis brand.
~ Responsible for the hiring, development, execution, and management of multicultural marketing activities.
~ Activities include, but not limited to creative development and production; media planning; promotions; experiential/events, partnerships, sponsorships, CRM, direct marketing, internet marketing, dealer education, and community affairs.
~ Responsible for leading the strategic, selection, management, and performance metrics reporting (KPIs) for multicultural influencer marketing projects.
~ Assist in creating, developing, and implementing persuasive programs or projects to promote brand credibility, create a favorable public image and achieve corporate objectives.
~ Advise and support internal corporate education efforts around Multicultural awareness to improve employee inclusivity and engagement.
~ Build the corporate brand strategy for Genesis Motor America on LinkedIn as we establish and communicate our brand purpose, CSR efforts and sustainability messaging for the brand.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
~ Create a LinkedIn strategy to highlight leadership, engage employees and build up the Genesis brand as an employer brand that is admired.
~ Control expenditures in accordance with budget allocations for all multicultural and corporate branding projects.
~ Compile and contribute to weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and analytics of projects.
~ Maintain an awareness of changing marketing trends, consumer attitudes, and opinions to assist in the evaluation of new program proposals.
~ Communicate effectively with executives at both the U.S. and global levels, regional management, and the national retailer body.
~ Effectively coach, counsel, and develop staff.
~ Utilize the diverse talents of the staff by efficiently managing staff’s time, materials and budget while focusing on the goals and vision of the company.
~ Miscellaneous projects and requests needed to assist in the success of the Genesis brand in marketing projects.

~ Hiring and termination recommendations of direct reports.
~ Budget development, management, and analysis.
Education
~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Master’s degree a plus
Related Experience
~ Eight plus years of experience, at least three to five years of directly related experience in marketing.
~ Two years of experience in an advertising agency, preferred.
~ Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.
Skills/Knowledge
~ Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
~ Knowledge of media platforms required (e.g., broadcast, internet, promotions, etc.).
~ Effective project, personnel, and budget management skills.
~ Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

$126,225.00 - $187,000.00 Annual
