Xerox Global Digital Services (GDS)
We help clients with a streamlined and secure way to accelerate digital transformation while optimizing inbound and outbound communications, business processes and document management. This is accomplished utilizing the world-class Xerox portfolio of software and technology including analytics, workflow automation, Intelligent Document processing, content management, security solutions and print infrastructure optimization to help workplaces become more efficient, employees more productive and data more secure.
Xerox is hiring a Digital Services Consultant for its Digital Services team. This will be U.S. based remote opportunity.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Annual Contract Revenue (ACV) signings
- Software revenue as component of contracts signed
- New business and contract renewals/expansions
- Revenue and profit growth
Scope:
- Serves in an overlay capacity to field sales as a subject matter expert in capture and content, Intelligent Document Processing and workflow automation services
- Revenue Target for Content Capture Services and Workflow automation software
- Experience with content management and workflow automation software,
- Aligned with client managers for defined set of large enterprise accounts/pursuits
Primary Responsibilities:
- Acts as thought leader and influencer of client business process automation through capture and content services and workflow strategy.
- Participates in sales cycles and win strategy to assess client needs, business objectives and IT environment related to key drivers for digital transformation, workflow automation and productivity improvements; recommends offering/business case
- Delivers specialized knowledge to client and throughout the sales cycle to target business needs and differentiate Xerox proposed digital services from competition
- Works with Client Manager to define, design, and execute outsourcing requirements
- Participates in longer-cycle and technical aspects of negotiations, partnering with solution architects, service delivery and technical resources
Sales:
- Responsible for larger, complex, high visibility, strategic, global accounts
- Sells complex products and services, develops new accounts and expands existing accounts
- Has extremely high authority or opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
- May act as a lead in a team when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers
- Influences customers and diffuses potential problems
- Anticipates customer needs and identifies appropriate alternatives
Problem Complexity:
- Solves a diverse array of complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
- Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices
- Analysis of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business and industry trends required
- Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Requires in-depth knowledge of organization objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum Enterprise-wide/complete SME Workflow and Business Process Automation knowledge
- Minimum understanding of Industry oriented content capture services and workflow software
- Minimum IT Standard knowledge
- Minimum CIO and other C-level interaction, influence based on insights
- Standard Finance P&L acumen
- Primary Verticals include Automotive, Chemical, Aerospace, Financial, Insurance, Retail, Federal
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
