Compensation: $110,000 to $170,000 Annually

The Social Media Coordinator will assist with executing the social strategy Hydration Room's brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. This includes planning, scheduling, content creation, community management, influencer marketing, and more while helping to drive key performance indicators for the brand.

The Social Media Coordinator is a part-time, non-exempt position, working up to 25-30 hours a week. This position will report to the Director of Marketing of Hydration Room. This position requires travel to clinics locations in the Southern California area to assist with social media duties and projects. This role requires some weekend availability for projects and events.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of a results-driven social media strategy for Hydration Room
  • Develop and curate engaging, informational and creative content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Assist in creating and editing written video and photo content
  • Assist with events, including producing social media content
  • Create and maintain a brand voice for Hydration Room
  • Monitor industry trends, social updates and marketing tools
  • Interact with the brand's online community and respond to direct messages, customer service inquiries, comments, and brand mentions.
  • Assist in developing and managing the brand's influencer marketing and ambassador programs
  • Schedule influencer and ambassador appointments.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and help provide reports to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Support across marketing departments including assisting with editorial planning, event planning and more
