The Cap Hill Brands team is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the growth and development of our relationships with retailers, marketplaces and institutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing channels including marketplace advertising, creative, media, affiliates, email
  • Build brand awareness, consideration and preference
  • Determine spend allocation and marketing strategy
  • Manage fast growing annual media budget of ~$15M and global team of 60
  • Partner with merchandising, wholesale, technology and product development teams to drive business growth

Core Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of retail media network advertising, Amazon advertising in particular
  • Success in building new brands leveraging social media, influencer marketing and affiliates
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally

Nice To Have

  • Previous chief marketing officer / head of marketing experience
  • Consumer packaged goods experience
  • Start-up or mid-size company experience
